Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring an Enterprise IT Business Partner to join our Information Technology team in a hybrid role at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. \n Pay\n

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $157,400 - $212,500 / year

\n \n

\n

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?\n

\n
• Shape strategic alignment of technology to operational priorities and long-term transformation goals, translating complex and evolving strategies into clear, prioritized, and governable IT demand to drive efficient execution across IT delivery teams
\n
• Challenge and refine business requests to ensure scalability, architectural integrity, and alignment to enterprise standards
\n
• Advise Corporate Function executives on technology strategy and digital transformation decisions by aligning investments to enterprise value, risk, and scalability
\n
• Lead enterprise business planning and drive technology adoption initiatives, proactively managing organizational impacts and ensuring measurable, sustained adoption and value realization
\n
• Innovate and advance operational capability by identifying opportunities through insight analysis, automation, data enablement, and digital transformation
\n

More about you\n

\n
• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise IT, business relationship management, technology strategy, or digital transformation roles
\n
• 5+ years’ experience in senior enterprise-facing roles, with direct accountability for shaping demand, influencing executives, and governing technology investment portfolios
\n
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with enterprise-scale systems, shared services, and complex governance structures
\n
• Experience in IT portfolio management, prioritization frameworks, translating business strategy into IT demand, roadmaps, and governed portfolios, influencing executive team members, supporting enterprise platforms including Finance and Legal,
\n
• Demonstrated success leading business transformation and technology adoption at scale
\n
