Job Description Role Summary:
Experienced Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.
Manage deployments using Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Security Model.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and automation tools.
Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Application/System Architect
